Stories of a Caregiver Part 2 of 2

March 2nd, 2009 by Marc Krevo Leave a reply »

In addition to your job, your family, your dreams, you experience a whole range of circumstances that can take your emotions to the bitter end while being a caregiver.

In this episode of The Informed Eldercare Podcast, our guest speaker is Carol O’Dell. She is the author of Mothering Mother. Carol describes what it was like from day to day chores to the emotional and personal feelings she went through while caring and loving her mother. Carol also describes those experiences as the fondest and greatest memories she has of her mother. Her stories bring healing and understanding to anyone who has ever been a caregiver.

This presentation was recorded at the Caring For The Caregiver workshop provided by Community Hospice of Northeast Florida.
